Shipping Policy

We work with trusted print labs and logistics partners to deliver every Story Wall edition safely and on time. The following guidelines explain how we prepare, dispatch, and support your order from checkout to delivery.

Processing & Production Times

• Made-to-order prints: Please allow 5–7 business days for colour proofing, printing, and artist sign-off before dispatch.
• Ready-to-ship works: Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are typically collected by our courier the next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves the studio.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• We currently ship worldwide via insured express services such as DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx, selected automatically based on your delivery address.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and include packaging, insurance, and handling. Complimentary shipping is offered on orders above €750.

Packaging & Insurance

Every artwork is protected using archival materials, custom tubes, or rigid mailers to prevent bending. Shipments are insured for the full order value until delivered, giving you peace of mind throughout the journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipping within the European Union are billed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities. The courier will liaise with you directly for payment before delivery.
• We provide detailed customs documentation to minimise delays, but clearance times can vary by country.

Failed Deliveries & Address Changes

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional carrier fees may apply.
