At The Story Wall, every artwork is printed to order, delivered to our Munich studio, individually inspected, hand-signed, and carefully packaged before shipping.
This handcrafted workflow ensures museum-grade quality but requires a few extra days — thank you for your patience.
All orders are fully insured and shipped with tracking.

Your artwork is produced by our premium print lab within 2–3 business days. -
Delivery to Our Munich Studio
Prints arrive in 1–2 business days. -
Inspection, Signing & Packaging
Each piece is inspected, signed, and packaged within 1 business day. -
Shipping to You
Final shipping times depend on your location (see table below).

All timelines include production, signing, and final shipping.

💰 Shipping Costs
We offer simple, transparent flat shipping rates:
- Germany: Shipping calculated at checkout (based on size & carrier).
- European Union: Flat rate €4.90
- United States & Canada: Flat rate €9.90
- United Kingdom: Shipping calculated at checkout (due to variable customs handling).
- Rest of World: Shipping calculated at checkout.
All shipments include full tracking + insurance.
🌐 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We always provide accurate customs documentation to reduce delays.
📦 Premium Packaging
Every artwork is protected in museum-grade archival sleeves, sealed with ribbon, placed inside a rigid tube or hard box, and reinforced to avoid bending, moisture, or impact damage.
✉️ Tracking
Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
