Custom order pricing depends on format, paper choice, edition size, and finishing details. As a general guide:

• Single personalised edition (1/1): from €369
• Small custom runs (5–10 prints): from €249 per unit
• Corporate collections (25–50 prints): from €149 per unit, depending on specification

Production typically takes 7–14 working days after briefing, depending on complexity and quantity. Rush orders can be accommodated — mention your deadline when you get in touch.

Can I commission a print of a specific location not in your current collection?

Yes. If you have a photograph of your own that meets our quality standards, we can produce a limited edition printed poster around it — with full authentication, provenance card, and studio verification. Alternatively, if a location is on our future shoot list, we can discuss a commission arrangement with one of our photographers.

What is the minimum order for a custom run?

The minimum for a numbered custom run is 5 prints. Single 1/1 exclusive editions have no minimum — they are one of a kind by definition.

Can corporate orders be delivered without pricing visible on the packaging?

Yes. No pricing appears on the printed poster, provenance card, QR page, or any packaging included in the shipment. An invoice is sent separately by email, making the unboxing experience clean and appropriate for gifting.

What paper and print quality do custom orders use?

All custom printed posters use the same museum-grade materials as our standard editions — 280gsm fine art paper or higher, with archival pigment inks rated for 100+ years of colour stability. We do not offer lower-grade options; quality is non-negotiable.

How are large corporate orders shipped?

Each print is individually rolled, wrapped in protective tissue, and placed in a rigid tube. For large runs, we coordinate consolidated shipping or split deliveries depending on your requirements. Delivery timelines and logistics are confirmed at the briefing stage.

Can I include a custom message or branding on the certificate?

Custom text on the provenance card — such as a personalised message, event name, or brand mark — is available for orders of 5 or more. Single editions can include a handwritten personal note from the photographer.
